Connect Microsoft Workspace to attach OneDrive files to your pursuits, send pursuit emails through Outlook, and keep due dates in sync with Outlook Calendar.
Google Workspace and Microsoft Workspace are mutually exclusive — you must disconnect one before connecting the other.

What this integration does

  • Attach OneDrive files to pursuits
  • Send pursuit emails via Outlook
  • Sync due dates to Outlook Calendar
  • Reuses your Microsoft 365 login — no extra sign-in

Part 1 — Connect Microsoft Workspace

1

Open Integrations

In the left sidebar, scroll to Account and click Integrations.
2

Find the Microsoft Workspace card

Scroll to the Cloud Storage section. The Microsoft Workspace card shows your current connection status.
3

Disconnect Google Workspace first (if connected)

Microsoft Workspace and Google Workspace can’t be connected at the same time. If the Google Workspace card shows Connected, click Disconnect on it before continuing.
4

Click Connect Microsoft Workspace

Click Connect on the Microsoft Workspace card.
5

Authenticate with Microsoft

A popup opens asking you to sign in with Microsoft 365 and grant access to OneDrive, Outlook, and Calendar. If you’re already signed in to Microsoft 365 in your browser, this step completes automatically without an extra sign-in. Review the requested permissions and click Accept.

6

Confirm connected status

The popup closes and the Microsoft Workspace card now shows Connected, along with your Microsoft 365 account email.

Using the integration

  • Attach a OneDrive file: from a pursuit, click Attach file → OneDrive and select the file.
  • Send an email: from a pursuit, click Email → Send via Outlook to compose and send using your connected Outlook account.
  • Calendar sync: pursuit due dates automatically appear on your connected Outlook Calendar. Updating a due date in SamSearch updates the calendar event.

Troubleshooting

“Can’t connect — Google Workspace is already connected”
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Workspace are mutually exclusive. Disconnect Google Workspace on the Integrations page, then try connecting Microsoft Workspace again.
Files aren’t appearing from OneDrive
  • Confirm the integration status is Connected on the Integrations page.
  • Confirm you have view access to the file — SamSearch can only attach files your Microsoft account can already access.
Due dates aren’t appearing on my calendar
  • Confirm Calendar permission was granted during the OAuth step — re-run the connection if you declined it initially.
  • Check that you’re looking at the same Outlook Calendar tied to the connected account.
