What are Leads?

Leads are opportunities you’ve saved from Search that you want to keep track of. They’re organized by opportunity type so you can quickly focus on the category you’re working in.

Opportunity Types

Use the dropdown in the top left to switch between lead types:

Federal

Federal contracts from SAM.gov

State, Local & Education

SLED opportunities across 5,000+ sources

Grants

Federal grant opportunities

Recompete

Expiring contracts likely to be recompeted

Forecast

Upcoming predicted opportunities

DIBBS

Defense Logistics Agency opportunities

Subcontracting

Subcontracting opportunities from prime contractors
Some lead types (such as SLED) require the appropriate plan permissions to access.

Using the Leads Dashboard

Switching Lead Types

Select the opportunity type from the dropdown in the top left to view your saved leads for that category. Your selection is remembered between sessions.

Exporting Leads

Click the Export button (top right) to download your leads for the selected type. The export is named automatically based on the type (e.g., federal-leads-export).
The Export button only appears when there are leads available for the selected type.

Lead Table

Each lead type displays a table with columns relevant to that opportunity category — such as title, agency, due date, contract value, and status. Click any row to open the full opportunity detail.
