Current Plan

Your current plan determines the features and capabilities available to you on SamSearch.
Note: If you see “Admin” as your current plan, this indicates you own the software and have full administrative access to all features.

The Settings page is organized into two main sections that provide all the functionality you need to manage your account:

Subscription & Billing

Manage Billing

View your invoices and manage your current subscription. Access your billing information and subscription details:
  • View Invoices: Download and review your billing statements
  • Payment History: Track all past payments and transactions
  • Billing Address: Update your billing information
  • Payment Methods: Manage credit cards and payment options
Click the “Manage plan” button to access your billing portal where you can view invoices, update payment methods, and manage your subscription.

Subscription Actions

Renew or cancel your subscription as needed. Control your subscription status:
  • Renew Subscription: Extend your current subscription
  • Cancel Subscription: End your subscription (access continues until end of billing period)
  • Change Plan: Upgrade or downgrade your subscription
  • Pause Subscription: Temporarily suspend billing while keeping access
Important: When you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

  • Confirm Password: Verify your new password
  • Security Requirements: Ensure password meets security standards
