How Does Proposal Generating Work?
The Proposal Generating feature allows you to create detailed proposals based on the contract information and your company profile. This feature streamlines the proposal creation process, making it efficient and tailored to your business needs.

When you decide to bid on a contract, click the Generate
Step 1: Outline Generation
The first step in generating your proposal is creating an outline. The outline is generated using all the information from the contract, including relevant attachments. The outline will appear as a table with the following columns:
Customize each section to fit the specific needs of your proposal before generating the final draft.

Once the outline is ready and edited, click on “Generate Proposal”. The AI will create a first draft proposal by semantically mixing the contract information with the relevant details from your company profile.
Note: Ensure your profile is up-to-date for the best results. Update your profile here.
Step 3: Editing the Proposal
After the proposal is generated, you can edit it using the text editor.

Finalizing and Downloading the Proposal
Once all edits are complete, download the proposal as a Word document using the download icon

Your draft will be automatically saved in the “Proposal Drafts”
tab within the software.⚠️ Regularly review and update your proposals to ensure they reflect the latest information and meet the contract requirements.
