SamSearch supports up to 3 AI Profiles per account — one for each business entity, division, or subsidiary you want to pursue opportunities under. The profile selector at the top of the page shows all your profiles with their match-readiness score (e.g., 83% match-ready).Everything you configure in the tabs below applies to the selected profile only. Switch profiles using the selector before making changes.

Enter your Company Website URL and click Generate Profile — the AI analyzes your site and auto-fills your Business Description, Operating Regions, and suggests certifications.

A green checkmark appears when complete.Operating Regions — States, regions, or areas where your business can perform work (e.g., DMV area, Nationwide, Remote, United States, Worldwide). Multi-select tag field.Certifications — Business certifications, credentials, and set-asides such as 8(a), Woman-Owned, SDVOSB, HUBZone, ISO. Select from the dropdown or type to search.

Opportunities containing these terms are ranked higher in your recommendations. Examples: “SDVOSB set-aside”, “8(a) sole source”, “cloud migration”.Deal Breakers — Keywords or phrases that disqualify an opportunity. Opportunities containing these are filtered out. Examples: “TS/SCI clearance required”, “construction”, “foreign-owned”.
In addition to Deal Makers/Breakers, you can add Positive Keywords (boosted in recommendations) and Negative Keywords (suppressed). These apply across Search and Recommendations to surface more relevant results.Click Save Profile to save your changes.

Upload company documents the AI uses to generate proposals and give Sammy more context about your business.
Documents do not affect your recommendations or search results. They are used for proposal generation and to give Sammy better context when you chat.
Click the upload area or drag and drop files. Supported formats: PDF and Word (.docx) only.Select the document type before uploading: Capabilities Statement, Past Performance Records, Certifications, Financial Statements, Technical Proposals, or Company Brochures.
If your Google Workspace integration is connected, click Import from Google Drive to select and upload multiple documents at once from your Drive. This is the fastest way to populate your document library.Connect Google Workspace →
Documents are organized by type. Click any category to expand and view individual files. Each document can be viewed, downloaded, or deleted.
If you offer different services (e.g., construction and IT), upload separate capability statements for each. When generating a proposal, select only the documents most relevant to that specific opportunity.
Agent Memories are key facts Sammy has learned about your business through your conversations. They help Sammy give more personalized, relevant responses over time.
Memories are split into two categories:
Company Memories — Facts about your business: capabilities, certifications, NAICS codes, past performance highlights, contract vehicles, teaming partners, preferred agencies. These are shared across your team.
Personal Memories — Facts about you as an individual: your role, preferences, communication style, prior conversation context. These are private to your account.
From this tab you can view everything Sammy currently knows, delete any memory you no longer want stored, or update information by chatting with Sammy directly.
To add or correct a memory, tell Sammy in chat — for example: “Update my primary NAICS to 541511” or “Forget my old address.” Sammy will confirm and update its memory. Chat with Sammy →
Q: What are AI Profiles for?
A: Each AI Profile is a separate identity — useful if your company bids as different entities (e.g., a prime and a subsidiary), operates in distinct industries, or has a mentor-protege arrangement. Each profile gets its own recommendations, source preferences, and documents.Q: How often should I update my profile?
A: Review it whenever your services, certifications, or contact information change — at minimum quarterly.Q: What if I don’t have a UEI or CAGE Code yet?
A: You can create and use your profile without them. Add them later — they’re required for federal contracting but not for using SamSearch.Q: How does my profile affect search results?
A: Your certifications and capabilities help the AI surface more relevant opportunities. Your source order in Sources & Alerts also controls the tab order on the Search page.
