What Is AI Qualification?

How It Works

Configure qualification criteria based on your company profile (NAICS codes, certifications, capabilities) or create custom criteria (contract value ranges, agencies, locations).

Setting Up Qualification Criteria

Company Profile-Based Qualification

The simplest way to set up qualification is to use your existing Business Profile. AI Qualification will automatically evaluate opportunities based on:
  • NAICS Codes: Match against your primary and secondary NAICS codes
  • Certifications: Match set-aside requirements with your certifications (8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.)
  • Capabilities: Evaluate how well opportunities align with your described capabilities
  • Past Performance: Consider similar contracts you’ve won in the past
  • Agency Preferences: Factor in agencies you’ve worked with or prefer

Custom Qualification Criteria

For more specific qualification needs, create custom criteria:

Contract Value

Set minimum and maximum contract value ranges

Agency Filter

Specify preferred agencies or exclude specific agencies

Location

Define preferred geographic regions or states

Contract Type

Filter by contract types (Solicitation, Award, Forecast, etc.)

Set-Aside Categories

Specify required or preferred set-aside categories

NAICS Codes

Define specific NAICS codes that qualify

Deadline Requirements

Set minimum lead time requirements for bid preparation
