# Financing

> Submit an inquiry for government receivables financing — revolving credit lines secured against your federal, state, and municipal contract receivables

Financing is an inquiry form for **Government Receivables Financing** — revolving lines of credit secured against your federal, state, and municipal government contract receivables. It's not a self-serve loan product inside SamSearch: submitting the form sends an inquiry that a human reviews and follows up on.

  **Financing is provided by List Capital Management, an affiliate of Legalist, Inc.** — a named third party, not SamSearch. SamSearch is the intermediary that routes your inquiry; the underwriting, terms, and the financing itself come from List Capital Management.

<Warning>
  The loan range ($5M–$100M) and the form's revenue brackets (the lowest option is **Under \$10M**) suggest this product targets established mid-size-and-up contractors rather than very small businesses. The form itself doesn't block a smaller business from submitting, but it's worth knowing before you spend time on it.

## Submitting an inquiry

Several fields are pre-filled from your Company Profile and account details, but you can edit any of them before submitting:

* **SAM.gov UEI** (pre-filled)
* **Contact Name**\* (pre-filled)
* **Title**
* **Email**\* (pre-filled)
* **Business/Industry Description** (pre-filled from your profile)
* **Government customers you serve**\* — check all that apply: Federal, State, Local/Municipal, Other
* **Estimated Financing**\* — Under $5M, $5M–$10M, $10M–$25M, or $25M+
* **Annual Revenue**\* — Under $10M, $10M–$25M, $25M–$50M, or $50M+
* **Additional Comments**

Fields marked \* are required. There's no plan or account-size restriction on submitting — any authenticated SamSearch user can access this page and send an inquiry.

On success, you'll see a confirmation screen: *"Thank you for your interest in government receivables financing. Our team will review your submission and reach out to you shortly with next steps."* You can submit another inquiry from the same confirmation screen if needed.
