# Contract Page Overview

> Navigate contract detail pages across Federal, DIBBS, SLED, Recompete, and other sources

  Contract detail pages vary by source. Each layout shows different fields, sidebars, and tools — use the guide that matches where you found the opportunity.

When you click a result from [Search](/features/search), you open a source-specific contract page at `app.samsearch.co/contract/[source]/[id]`.

## What's the same on every contract page

Regardless of source, most contract pages include:

| Element           | What it does                                                                    |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Smart Summary** | AI-generated overview of the opportunity                                        |
| **Save**          | Bookmarks the contract to [Saved Opportunities](/features/leads)                |
| **Start Journey** | Creates a [Journey Hub](/features/journey-hub) entry to track your bid          |
| **View**          | Opens the original listing on the source platform (not available on Recompete)  |
| **New Chat**      | Opens [Chat with Sammy](/features/chat) pre-loaded with this contract's context |

Some sources add **Email Contact** (Forecasts, Subcontracting) or other source-specific actions.
